This fine 1932 Ahrens-Fox hose wagon is housed at the Hoboken Fire Museum at 213 Bloomfield St. which is open on weekends to the public at a very reasonable price.
FireCapt. Martin Sinatra [Frank’s Father] rode on this rig to many fires. It does not have a fire pump but has a chemical tank that supplied the pressure to expel the water from its booster hose. You will get much more about this and about the history of the Hoboken Fire Dept. in your visit to this fine museum right in Hoboken.
