i’d be more worried about the diesel exhaust from the generator in a truck i saw parked outside when i drove by a little while ago on my way home from the gym.

Well, walk through my apartment in the wee hours, you’d think I had a party going on with the smell and smoke coming up from the outdoor smoking lounge. Or, sometimes I’ll wake in a panic thinking the buildings on fire!

They are also the opening act at the Bon Jovi show tonight at the new Pru Center in Newark (looks like a pretty cool place, aside from the fact that a man was shot two blocks away last night).

I feel like such a loser. I guess this band must be somewhat important, but I’ve never heard of them. Sigh. Oh well, I’ll just go listen to The Unforgettable Fire on my iPod for the billionth time and pretend that I’m still relevant to youth culture.

Unforgettable Fire? C’mon. At least go back to October.
Bmac, if “My Chemical Romance” is what passes for music these days…youth culture’s dead.

It was a fund raiser, from what I understand.
Besides that, I would pay 100 dollars to see a great band in small venue. It sure beats paying close to that to see a band from the upper level seats in a stadium.
Ahh, remember the good old days when you could stand in line all night to get good U2 tickets for $19.50?
My neighbor’s little one is despondent because her mother won’t pony up five hundred bucks to see Billy Ray Cyrus’ spawn. I weep for the youth of today.
