Ingenuity at work in Hoboken after Hurricane Sandy
We all know about the massive flooding in Hoboken after Hurricane Sandy – but here’s an interesting snapshot of once interesting instance from resident Stephen:
“I don’t know who these girls are, but I took a pic of them from my window at Adams and 2nd while the flood waters were still high. They made their way down Adams then up 2nd by standing on chairs, each moving forward one chair, and then the last in line passing the trailing chair up to the first in line. Slow going, but you have to give them credit for ingenuity.
Much better than wading through questionable waters!”
I’d have to agree! Thanks for the letter and photo!

Stevens engineering grads? More like Hoboken high school dropouts. These girls are absolute morons, they crawled down the street at a snails pace for at least 40 minutes before giving up completely and inevitably wading into the water anyways. Complete. Waste. Of. Time.
