Sunday Football Food
Hoboken Food Options for Sunday Football
Gone are the days I used to watch NFL Football each and every week of the season. Hours of boozing, fantasy leagues, etc. I reclaimed my life! (And my liver!)
However, Sunday Football is still a very popular pastime, and people in Hoboken still make a big deal out of it. Parties, gatherings, food and so on. And we all have to eat, right?
Here are a couple suggestions if you haven’t thought of them already:
That’s Amore! Italian food from Biancamano’s!
M&P Biancamano’s (1116 Washington) is a big favorite Italian Deli in Hbooken. And usually, they’re closed on Sundays. But good news! During football season, they’re open and can prepare you a delicious sub, or even cater your party with tasty meatballs, sausage & peppers, chicken parm and more.

Bring stadium food home with Windmill Hotdogs
Hot dogs and sporting events seem to go hand in hand.
And if you wanted hot dogs in Hoboken, you’d have to hunt down a cart, or grill them yourself since we didn’t really have an official hot dog joint until this year.
But Windmill Hot Dogs (79 Hudson) opened up in 2012, serving some of Jersey’s best burgers and dogs.
You can order online here or call (201)963-0900 to schedule a delivery. Inquire within for larger, catered orders.

The dogs at windmill are quite good, but you have to understand the playing field when it comes to culinary subjects like hot dogs.
