Many people like this girl more than they do the Presidential hopeful Barack Obama.

She’s hotter than Mischa Barton, that’s for sure.

This is the camera phone pic he sent in.

Below is a better picture of Obama Girl from the web.

Stay tuned for the video!

RE: Corporations vs Unions Below are descriptions of each for those interested in the discussion. This is to illustrate clear understanding for conclusion below. Labor Union – a legal entity created for the purposes of continuity (doesn’t die with the founders), can exercise negotiations and transactions representing its constituents, officers are elected by members invested with representation, and most importantly – all actions (votes/elections/policies) are based on the best interests of its constituents. Society is not represented in these decisions. Corporation – a legal entity created for the purposes of continuity (doesn’t die with the founders), can exercise negotiations and transactions representing its constituents, officers are elected by members invested with representation, and most importantly – all actions (votes/elections/policies) are based on the best interests of its constituents. Society is not represented in these decisions. Identical – in that both labor unions and corporations are created to act as a seperate legal entity to represent its constuents’ best interests. But where the two diverge is in accounting and efficient usage of capital resources. In a union, for lack of competition (lack of freedom of choice = lack of liberty) , officers can mismanage the union’s funds (capital) and then raise union dues to make up for the gap in funds. Regardless of inefficiency the union never goes defunct for its inefficiency in management. Corporations can also mismanage its resources and funds (capital), however, constituents invested in this entity have a broad and healthy choice of competition (freedom of choice =… Read more »
Yeah, right. Unions are to blame for corporations going overseas in droves right…so they can hire Indian, Mexican, Chinese, Indonesian, etc. workers for pennies for what an American worker would get paid hopefully a living wage. This is what I mean about democracy. Corporations could care less about the health of our democracy, they will make as much money as is humanly possible for as little expense as possible, but not care that we are losing jobs more and more every cycle. Hospitals (many of them) are actually shipping their radiology reports to India, have Indian doctors read them and then ship them back to the hospital because it is cheaper. Do you not find something wrong with that scenario? Or is that ok? When will it not be ok? When you cannot drive your hummer out to Paramus and go to the mall? When? When will the selfish culture that we currently inhabit be enough for you? Only when it affects you right? You are right. This discussion is over.
If corporations are so evil and so trying to outsource everything overseas, then why is it that unemployment is at near all time lows? Do you realize that every time that you make an arguement, the facts are completely against you? You seem to be more irrational than my ex GF when she is having one of here sever psychotic PMS eposiodes. Yeah – discussion is over, no hope of having an intelligent discussion or being reasonable when… Read more »

“Let me explain to you how this works: you see, the corporations finance Team America, and then Team America goes out… and the corporations sit there in their… in their corporation buildings, and… and, and see, they’re all corporation-y… and they make money.”

I’m all for outsourcing. Especially the CEO, the CFO, the COO and all the top executive jobs. There are lots of people in Asia and other countries doing those jobs for far less than Americans.

“The World is Flat” and interesting book if you are at all interested in outsourcing trend, the reasons for it and it’s effects.

I have a problem with some aspects of outsourcing and other issues involving some corporations because becoming global entities they sacrifice the well being of their home country for profit. Although, there is something to be said for the long-term stability cross border prosperity and dependence brings.
