Another city offender endangers drivers

Hoboken SUV blocks oncoming traffic
I hardly drive at all in Hoboken, but the other day was on a secret mission that was almost foiled by a inconsiderate city SUV.
It was parked at the corner of 5th and Madison Streets, completely blocking visibility of oncoming traffic, and almost caused an accident because of a speeding nincompoop who was jetting by.
Wonder if the city WANTS more lawsuits just so they can keep their political campaign contributors on the payroll?

Those in charge at city hall will never publicly take responsibility for the corporation they run.
