Filming near Lounge 11

Not sure what the deal is here.. but overheard on the scanner that the street near Lounge 11 is closed for a video shoot.

Another 411 reader called me to tell me there are lots of people gathering around snapping photos, and some rapper-guy with a sequin shirt of some sort was milling around.. some fancy sports cars too, revving their engines.

I know by the time I get down there, they’ll be gone. Anyone know whats going on?

Lounge 11…hmmm. Think I read somewhere that it’s owned by the same folks who own Torno’s Money Laundering…oh I meant Pizzeria on 9th. Can someone tell me what’s up with that place? All you see are Italian hoodlum wiggas ala the Gotti grandkid
and their posses hanging around.
I’ve never seen the place advertise, a menu, or anything that would give any indication they’re actually in business to sell pizza. Reminds me of the Grand Bakery before it closed. Stale boxed cookies…bakery, yeah right.
My family opened this pizzeria over 30 years ago. We do have menu’s and we sell the very best Sicilian slice in town. We offer dine-in/pick-up/delivery service to MANY of our LOYAL customers. With lots of hard work and dedication we have built a successful business that I’m very proud of. You are welcome to come in and see for yourself!
Hands down they have the best sicilian in town. And they are open late on the weekends, 4am. Just because a place doesnt advertise like crazy doesnt mean its a front. That comment was ignorent and had no validity to it. Maybe next time you should stop in a place like that, you may be pleasantly surprised.

I live nearby and was wondering if anybody new which specific artist was there last night? I saw a bunch of people hanging around wearing shirts that said Hit Mob but when I did an internet serach I only found Hit Mob productions based out of California, So I don’t think that was it. Maybe that’s the name of this rapper/preformer fan base?

I think they did some filming inside lounge 11, but outside they were pretty much filming the reving of some fancy cars. Pretty decent crown of onlookers gathered. They were all wrapped up before 11pm.
