Who has a parade on a Monday when a lot of people are working?

You will never please anyone. If it was on a weekend people would complain about the diverted traffic. Its actually been on Halloween day for as long as I can remember. Love looking at the creativity some people put into their costumes.

Doesnt start until school is let out so leave work a little early to watch.
Who has a parade on a Monday when a lot of people are working?
That guy that dresses as Elvis in Hoboken parades is a HFD capt.? Is he retired or still on active duty? I never knew that. I think that is great and really funny. It really is a great parade. I think we the adults enjoy it more than the children. If Halloween is on a weekday, I usually leave work early. I want to see the parade and then I stand outside of my house in costume and hand out candy to the trick or treaters.
