I’m writing to let you know today was my first time at the Hoboken Man. I saw an ad on my bus stop at 12th & Washington for $10 haricuts with a junior stylist, so I decided to make an appointment.

I was greeted by friendly faces and offered a beverage immediately upon my arrival. Then Kathy took me over to get my hair washed and cut. The whole experience beginning to end was terrific! I was very relaxed…Kathy was really pleasant to talk to and she did an excellent job on my hair. Betty Anne then came over to check Kathy’s work and put the finishing touches on what was a very thorough job.

I work in real estate, so I know about the service industry. Unfortunately at times, we hear only the negative feedback. When a person or a business provides a service where they go above and beyond for their customers, and charge a fair and competitive price, it makes you want to go back and use that service again. I was very happy with the end result and I look forward to coming back on my next appointment with Kathy. I’ll definitely refer the Hoboken Man to my friends as well.

I’ve done this before here. Make sure you allot at least 2 hours because they’re slow while they’re training.
