Free outdoor concerts at Sinatra Park in Hoboken

Starting tomorrow eveing – and for most Thursdays this summer at Sinatra Park – a free outdoor show for the whole family to enjoy.

See lineup below – and note that some events may be postponed or canceled due to rain.

June 2nd

  • Performances from the Hoboken Public Schools’ Music Students. See talent from: The Hoboken Rockin Redwing Band, Wallace School Chorus, Wallace 2nd Grade Chorus, Calabro School Chorus, Calabro School String Ensemble, Connors School Chorus and The Wallace School Beginner Band!

June 9th

  • Buzz Universe“An original eclectic blend of rock, jazz, latin & other world grooves.”

June 16th

  • Sinatra Idol Contest! 15 contestants will perform their best Sinatra singing style interpretation and be judged by a panel of judges. Winner receives prizes & trophy with host Gary Simpsinatra. Rain date is June 17th.

June 23rd

  • Drums of Thunder – 35 member Hillside School percussionist group. Rain date is June 24th.

June 30th

  • The 63rd Army Band. A selection of patriotic music, pop, swing and showtunes will be performed by this 35 piece concert band. The 63rd Army Band is the largest military band in the State of New Jersey and is under the command of Warrant Officer Durinda Garrison. The Band’s awards include the Eisenhower Trophy, the Governor’s Unit Award, and the National Guard Bureau’s Superior Unit Award. See Hoboken411 Video Here.

Additionally, Julio Fernandez & friends are slated to bring their smooth jazz to town – but that date is still up in the air.
