Mother’s Day is tomorrow – what are you doing?
Sunday, May 8th is Mother’s Day. And there’s a few things you can do in Hoboken at various bars, restaurants and even supermarkets! What are your plans?
- There’s an exquisite Mother’s Day Extravaganza at the W Hotel.
- A big multi-course Mother’s Day Brunch at the Village Pourhouse.
- Newly re-located Rubee’s Closet is having a 20% off Mother’s Day Sale through Sunday.
- Heck, even Shoprite got involved – promoting their baked goods, flowers and other stuff any regular mom would probably enjoy.
Either way – enjoy your time with your mothers!

In the spirit of the Day went to the 911 Memorial at Pier A Park to leave
A flower for Residents killed at WTC, (many Mothers did not get to bury their dead)
Condition of the Monument is Shamefull!
Deceased names ending after the letters PAC were gone.
Heartbreaking to watch a Mother visit to mourn loved ones Killed that day,
and with tears in her eyes asking “where are the rest of the Names?”
My Joshua’s name is missing now as well as his remains!
Sure hope to see it replaced before the Sept. 2011 Anniversary cerermony…
