Neighborhood Changes…
This may seem like mundane city politics and internal operations to many of you – but it serves as notice to those that may have not been aware – and would like to see plans and possibly attend the Zoning Board Meeting tomorrow (11/17/2009) at 7pm.
One of the items on the Agenda is – the owners of the building that houses the Russo Civic Association at 420 Adams Street are seeking variances to expand the building. Most likely, consistent with an adjacent property. You have two days to get to city hall to see plans and form your own opinions.

Been wondering what’s going on over there. The rumor was that it was going to become condos and the Civic Assoc was going to be moved to the basement. So not sure is this is good or bad.
Also Augies is moving practically across the street
