Work picking up fast!
Forgot to add this Maxwell Place update yesterday – my source said that work at the new PNC Bank location has picked up tremendously, and will be opening up in very early 2010!

Hoboken is booming!
With over 90 banks failing across the country in 2009 – Hoboken is apparently on the good news end of the financial institution spectrum: A new PNC Bank branch is opening up at Maxwell Place.

Wow, after all these years a commercial space is finally opening at Maxwell Place.
