Fred Bado resigns
Moves on to greener pastures
Tired of being the recipient of blame for the wrongdoings down at City Hall, Community Development Director Fred Bado announced his resignation – effective immediately.
During the impromptu press meeting shortly after his lunch this afternoon (bologna on white bread), Bado took the opportunity to unveil a new product he’s been working on for years: “BaDoz,” which are stimulant pills designed to help people stay awake. “For years I assumed I was an excellent public speaker, and took pride in the information I shared with the community. However, since the council meetings started airing on Channel 78 – I realized people needed a jolt when I was called to speak!”
In development for quite some time – Bado finally mastered the formula – and decided to use his own likeness to market the product. “I’m sure the tired folks out there will relate to the packaging – and quickly become regular users of BaDoz.”
No word yet on Bado’s replacement, however, BaDoz will be available at your local supermarket, as well as vending machines located throughout city hall. $9.99 for a bottle of 60 pills.
