Why don’t we all congratulate Carlo’s City Hall Bake Shop and master cake artist Buddy Valastro for winning a cool 10g’s in the Food Network’s “Battle of the Brides” Cake Challenge!

My congrats i remember when the store was on 4th and adams and buddy was a little boy running around the back they all turned out to be good kids and hard workers right after there dad, im sure he’s very proud while he’s looking down from the bakery in heaven…Hope they put the 10g to good use..

I just saw this in a TV trade email. Looks like Carlo’s Bakery is all the rage.
“TLC has ordered a new docu-soap series called “Cake Boss” that follows baker Buddy Valastro. Valastro’s elaborate confections for celebrities like Britney Spears have been featured on shows ranging from “Today” to “The Sopranos.” The show will follow the New Jersey-based Valastro and his Italian family as they run Carlo’s Bakery in Hoboken.”

I saw Robin Roberts and the good morning america crew present Rachael Ray with a gorgeous cake from bakery called Carlos this morning. Wonder if that was Hoboken’s Carlos?
