Readerpix: Fall Foliage
09
November
11/9/2008:
Before all the leaves fall off – One Hoboken411 reader (Steve) sent in this picture near Shoprite that inspired him a bit.
Hoboken411 reader photo of the day – 11/9/2008
“This time of year, even Shoprite can almost look picturesque. It was nicer yesterday when the sun was out a little, but unfortunately I didn’t have my camera (Nikon Coolpix 885 – not state of the art, but who cares?) with me.”

[Stay tuned for tomorrow's Readerpix entry! - Note: one reader's photo(s) will be featured each day at approximately 11am (give or take an hour or two). Unless your photo is time-sensitive - it will be published in the order it was received!]

It’s all good– I really like the shot. The foliage in Hoboken is especially beautiful, this year.
We should dedicate a whole section to seasonal images :: hint, hint::.

See, that “park” at Shop Rite is useful, after all.

Yes, park. And you know what? This outstanding park is SO spacious that the City Hall cheerleaders measure it in ACRES – all 0.2 of them.

Hobojoe, you should go play in it.
411, a LOT of leaves have fallen down uptown. But since most people aren’t control-freakishly raking them, Bloomfield, Garden streets look especially nice
