11/6/2008 Bump:

Does anyone else remember these strong proclamations from Mayor David Roberts back in April?
hiring/spending freeze is pretty easy to announce and vote on. can we verify that any city employees have been fired yet? other than taking away the insanely expensive benefits for the part-time city employee retarded cousins on the taxpayers dime…what/who else has been cut?
Only time will tell; still awaiting action by the NJ Dept. of Personnel in conjunction with the audits to be performed by experts of the Dept. of Comm. Affairs. We all have to be the watchdogs by going to council budget workshops and council meetings and being the agents for change in the current way that this municipal government operates 💡
