Does anyone have an updated opinion about CC? Has anything changed since the comments above we’re posted?

I’m going to have to second the above comments. The way that the management addresses it’s residents is unprofessional and laughable. One letter in particular they managed to insult and threaten the community as a whole. I suggest hiring someone who knows how to compose a letter to a community of adults instead of treating your tenants like the handful of College students that you chose to allow in the buildings. Most of us are as unhappy with the vandalisim as the Managment and suggesting that the lot of us go to a community college to take art classes to curb the urge is ridiculous. As a side note to the CC PM who decided to respond to some of these comments and dubbed them unfounded, it sounds like once again, you’ve jumped to conclusions and instead of addressing the issues you’ve managed to insult. I believe the object is to fix th issues, not make them worse. Please take these comments into consideration, it should make for a much more affable community. On the positive side, the maintenance crew is just lovely. Very nice guys.

I definitely agree with the comments above – do not move in here. The new management sends condescending letters on a regular basis. They allow Stevens students to live here and then send letters to the entire community berating them for defacing the property. They also sent out a letter letting us know that there is construction that is going to take place. They’ve advised us not to talk to the construction workers. Really?! I honestly cannot wait to move!

There is nothing luxurious about curling club. Just boxes with doors. Poorly constructed, highest profit margin, and a prime example how marketing and keywords can sucker anyone into parting with their hard earned money. If the rents were $800 a month, I would understand, but market rates for this cesspool is criminal.

I never understood the rationale for such wide hallways. They could have easily knocked a foot or two off the width and added it to the SF of the units. Even I once lived at CC – about 10 years ago. When I moved out they refused to refund the SD. Then they informed me that I owed them for non payment of rent.

Turns out their accounting people had made such a bird’s nest of their finances that they still insisted they had an open receivable despite my providing a detailed rent history. It took those morons three months to figure out that the mistake was theirs.

My mistake was not filing a SC complaint 31 days after I moved out since they provided no reason for withholding my deposit. I could have collected treble damages.
