Graycat- lost!

“Our friend, Graycat (yes that is his name), is missing! He is obviously gray with some white and his front paws are declawed. We think he escaped from our house on 10th Street between Garden and Park last night, Tuesday. He is an indoor cat and never gets further than our front steps, so we hope he is hiding somewhere nearby. Would you please post this in the Lost and Found section of the site?

I’ve attached the only picture I can find (he’s the one on the left).

Thanks so much!”
I thought I saw the cook at China Wall dragging the cat into the kitchen last night. My suggestion to get the cat back would be to order the General taos ‘chicken’.
Wow. Really clever, d*ckhead.

Do you have any opinions? I know it is hard to get every stray cat off the street, but there is something that could be done to make sure they don’t keep bring more kittens into the world, that will add to the stray population.
I have lots of opinions and they usually get me in trouble. Hoboken contracts with Newark for Animal Control. To the best of my knowledge they do not provide a “neuter scooter” program. LHS, Liberty Humane, does provide such a program, but Hoboken is not contracted with that facility. I am 100% in favor of trap/neuter/release programs. There are many feral cats that will never be house cats but the population explosion and the inevitable inhumane death of cats and kittens can be altered by a trap and neuter program. If you find a cat in your area that you can trap (we can provide traps if you need one) you will be doing a great service to trap the cat, neuter and release. Jeff/Cornerstone
Jeff – What do you mean by the “inevitable inhumane death” of cats and kittens? Do you mean them being put down? I think that if they are neutered, they have a better life living outside than in a cage in some kennel. I would be in support of forming a group/signing a petition to the… Read more »

Glad you found him. How did the original split go down?
Redcat: “But…where will you go…what…what will you do?”
Graycat: “Frankly my dear, I don’t give a damn”.
