They’ve raised over $91,000 and have over 500 participants so far.
Relay for Life - Hoboken
“One day. One night. One community. Relay For Life is about celebration, remembrance, and hope. By participating, you honor cancer survivors, pay tribute to the lives we’ve lost to the disease, and raise money to help fight it all right here in your community. You won’t want to miss one moment of this life- and community- affirming event!
Fighting cancer is a serious effort, both for those facing the disease and those working to save lives, diminish suffering from cancer, and eliminate the disease as a major health problem once and for all. You too can be a part of the mission to defeat cancer by taking part in the American Cancer Society’s signature event, Relay For Life. No matter how you choose to participate - as a donor, a team member, or a survivor - you have the power to fight back against a disease that affects millions.
When you take part in Relay, you join people around the world in celebrating those how have survived cancer, remember the people we’ve lost, and supporting the lifesaving mission of the American Cancer Society. And as you raise funds and spread awareness, you are helping deliver hope that future generations will not have to endure cancer threatening the lives of their friends and family.

It’s completely AMAZING how the community has reached out this year in the fight against cancer! By the end of today, we should have over $96,000 raised! Saturday May 17 is going to be an amazing day!
Even if you can’t make it all day for the Relay, come work out with us on Relay Day!
CLUB H is doing their SPIN FOR LIFE again! It’s a $25 donation a class, with 6 different one-hour classes to choose from, starting at 8am. Visit http://www.clubhfitness.com/spin-for-life.html to sign up soon because classes are filling up fast!
And CLUB KO is joining the fight, by holding KickBoxing classes during the Relay on Pier A at 2pm and 3pm. Each class is 45 minutes for a $20 donation! To sign up for a class, contact Jill at CKO Kickboxing at jill@clubkogyms.com .

I am a survivor and went to this wonderful event, love was in the air!! The weather was perfect and there was so much support in the fight for the disease. Please, please show your support. I do, and with the love and support of my family and friends I am honored to say I am surviving 2 bouts of this dreaded illness. Have faith in your doctors, support from family and friends and love in your heart and someday we can honestly say, “WE WON!”
