Back for it’s fourth year, the well-produced Christmas show A Hoboken Tale is this weekend. As times are constantly evolving, the show which is all about supporting “mom & pop” businesses in Hoboken has now been re-written to reflect more current topics.

A Hoboken Tale the Musical

“Garden Street School of the Performing Arts is holding our 4th Annual Production of the original musical, “A Hoboken Tale”. This original musical was written by local resident Dan McLoughlin who has been a resident and business owner in Hoboken for over a decade. All of the characters, songs and story are based on real Hoboken folks, stories and the Christmas Season. It’s a show that families love to go see and is part of their holiday tradition.

Members of the Garden Street Children’s Musical Theater Company aged 7-15 have been rehearsing the production under the direction of Broadway veteran Lisa Capps whose credits include Les Miserables, Miss Saigon, Growing Pains and more. Also Broadway’s Don Brewer will play the title role of Mister Fabrini.

Performances will take place at Hoboken High School on:
Dec 11th at 7:00pm,
Dec 12th at 2pm and 7pm,
and Dec 13th at 3pm

A Hoboken Tale is a holiday musical set in Hoboken that reminds us of the spirit of giving and supporting our community during the holidays and always.
