There’s a car perennially parked on Adams between 2nd and 3rd (on the East side of the street, about 3 houses in from 2nd) in the driveway with the nose in the street. It’s goddamn ridiculous. Anyway, the city apparently doesn’t care.
That said, there’s a lot of hate on this board. Cheer up, it’s the Christmas season!!

KS just one more law not enforced… A person can park in their driveway or in the street in front of their driveway, but they can’t block the sidewalk.

§ 190-41.1. Parking in front of driveway. [Added 1-17-2007 by Ord. No. DR-288]
“(7) The parked vehicle must be parked parallel to the curb in front of the driveway. No vehicle shall be parked in such a way as to block access to the sidewalk.”

i was looking for my god damn garage door opener… i was not parking on a sidewalk. my entire point was is how this stupid bitch sat there and waited with an attitude because she refused to go around me.

Then yes it might be safer to send a woman with a baby in a stroller behind your car breathing in your exhaust while trying to get around you. I have the same type of garage too. Invest in a clip to go with the garage door opener. Clip it on your visor.
