Hoboken Photo Leftovers April 26 2014

In the Hoboken Photo Leftovers gallery below:

  • Photo 1: {#BACKAGAIN} That didn’t last long. It appears the offending double-wide strollers are back at 12th & Washington! What has to be done to stop that? Some elderly lady breaking her hip?
  • Photo 2: {#SURPRISE} What? This came out of nowhere. But McMahon’s Brownstone Alehouse actually put a coat of paint on the exterior. Yet it still remains tied for last as “Hoboken’s shoddiest bar.”
  • Photo 3: {#CONVENIENT} Slow progress on the upcoming Prime Time mini-mart on 14th Street.
  • Photo 4: {#TAKINGTHEIRTIME} That Smoke & Barrel place sure is lolly-gagging with the construction. Perhaps it will be super-perfect when open.
  • Photo 5: {#SKYHIGH} The building at 1415 Park Place looks like it’s 18 stories high! New landscape for sure uptown.

Third perfect weekend in a row! Come meet us at the hiking trail if you’re feeling adventurous!

About Hoboken Photo Leftovers

Hoboken Photo Leftovers is part of the Hoboken411 Photo of the Day series.

These are photos that didn’t necessarily warrant an individual posting on Hoboken411.

They may have been related to other stories – or completely independent. These photographs are remnants of our travels in the past week. But equally important in maintaining an historical record of “life as we know it” in the Mile Square City.

At the same time, these photographs may also mirror the unique personal opinion of the publisher of Hoboken411.com.

Regardless, the pictures add to the “virtual encyclopedia” that this site now represents. Thank you for your readership!
