One interesting item of note this week. The city apparently couldn’t “live within their means,” when it came to the original Elysian Park “upgrade” which was supposed to be covered by “grants.” Now they need to bust out the credit card and borrow another $200,000? Remember I showed you guys them destroying perfectly good equipment? Does it make sense to you yet?
