Hoboken hates dogs! Owners! Everyone!

City of Hoboken “stepping up” robbing dog owners now!

The folks at City Hall are so strapped for cash – that now, in a letter posted at various dog runs in Hoboken, they’re “stepping up” enforcement of the dog ordinances in the town.

Stepping up? As if our town is over-run with packs of wild Pit Bulls who are biting everyone and crapping everywhere. Not.

This, along with the other “nit picking” the city is doing (parking, jaywalking, etc.) – Several business owners and residents I talked to today said “The Mayor is effectively KILLING this city.”

Citizen Action: Document EVERY violation the city makes

With the exception of Police, Fire and EMS – you as a resident of this fine town should photograph and document EVERY SINGLE VIOLATION the city makes. That includes every employee – and especially those at the top making these ludicrous decisions.

I’ve already lined up several people to help document the violations that happens near city hall (even by our Mayor and Transportation Czar) – and others that will help document the “holier than thou” attitude those connected to City Hall have.

Just like Jen Cunningham – who because her husband Peter Cunningham is on the council – feels she can park wherever she wants each and every day. I have so many photos of her illegally parked, it’s out of control.

Send your CITIZEN COMPLAINTS to hoboken411@gmail.com. Be sure to include time, date, location and the person in question. Photos are required.

Yeah, I’m really gonna start telling my dog where it can shit. Specifically, I’m gonna tell my dog to take a dump on Hoboken roads which are full of driving lunatics, because it’s not bad enough that my dog and I are constantly maneuvering away from cyclists, a lot of stroller moms/nannies (who walk in packs now and won’t get out of one’s way unless one stands frozen in place, staring at the sky just as the moms stare into their handheld devices), and (now) perfectly capable adults on scooters (WTF).

We go as close to the curb as possible and clean up after ourselves all the time. I’ll gladly have my dog try another pooping method if City Hall is willing to pay for some serious long-term training sessions.

Otherwise, buzz off.

The good citizens of Hobken need to step up for integrity (no selective enforcement) and accountability (no snuffing out relevant news stories) in government.

These are the signs – like a college honor code- need to be posted all around the infrastructure of Hoboken. But if Hob is anything like the rest of the state it will claim victory “last two years as governor you haven’t heard in our two years in office any hint of scandal or criminal activity anywhere throughout the government” while at the same time telling others to “shut up”. Also – “Billionaire Buffett snaps back at Christie after governor tells him to ‘shut up'”.

No wonder the Wizard of Oz will always remain relevant. Some weakling bully will always try to control from behind the curtain.

Don’t put it past this zany administration to follow NYC mayor Bloomberg’s attempt to have all dog owners required to purchase “bite insurance”. Seen this last week on Ch7. The city usually attempt to “copy cat” what they see elsewhere adding more cost to pet lovers.

very funny stuff..forget about bikes on the sidewalks turn on channel 78 and youll see the laws of riding bikes in hoboken..you wont see it or hear it how city hall will kick and scream that the police need to ticket these people. mean while the cyclist mayor has nothing to say about all the clear headed jerkoffs that ride there bikes down one way streets come out of no where and look at you as if you are in the wrong…this will become an issue only when some one in city hall or an elected official sees if for themselves,a supporter calls in or a complaint or somebody gets run clear over..there are some real fresh heads making these rules..

Ch 78 states you can ride your bike on the sidewalk as long as it isn’t any faster than pedestrian waking speed. LMAO. What a joke. They’d make millions trying to enforce that one alone.
very funny stuff..forget about bikes on the sidewalks turn on channel 78 and youll see the laws of riding bikes in hoboken..you wont see it or hear it how city hall will kick and scream that the police need to ticket these people. mean while the cyclist mayor has nothing to say about all the clear headed jerkoffs that ride there bikes down one way streets come out of no where and look at you as if you are in the wrong…this will become an issue only when some one in city hall or an elected official sees if for themselves,a supporter calls in or a complaint or somebody gets run clear over..there are some real fresh heads making these rules..
Many calls have been placed and letters written. Zimmer ignores again because it pleases her to do so. NYers visiting in Hoboken are shocked to see bikes on the side walks. A bike by law is a vehicle subject to all laws of a vehicle -hence does not belong on the side “walk”. She refuses to put in an ordinance because it won’t be the pretty picture that she would like to paint. Neither will the side walk kill be pretty.
