The Fire Capt. is James Nardello, his brother Joe retired from the Fire Dept. James does
a great impersonation of Elvis. It is a fun parade!

That guy that dresses as Elvis in Hoboken parades is a HFD capt.? Is he retired or still on active duty? I never knew that. I think that is great and really funny. It really is a great parade. I think we the adults enjoy it more than the children. If Halloween is on a weekday, I usually leave work early. I want to see the parade and then I stand outside of my house in costume and hand out candy to the trick or treaters. pawz -To my knowledge Joe knobby Nardello is still a capt hfd at the washington st fire station…His brother retired and dad was a policeman..Joe loves to do it each year at his expense..He brings his two teenage daughters along with him..He loves to do it for the kids..It is a nice parade..Everyone seems to come together that one day more than any other parade..go get em Joe. πŸ˜›
That guy that dresses as Elvis in Hoboken parades is a HFD capt.? You will never please anyone. If it was on a weekend people would complain about the diverted traffic. Its actually been on Halloween day for as long as I can remember. Love looking at the creativity some people put into their costumes.

Doesnt start until school is let out so leave work a little early to watch.
Who has a parade on a Monday when a lot of people are working?
