Boing: Hoboken Indoor Soccer League

Boing Sports brings air-conditioned indoor soccer to Hoboken

Since Sinatra Park, Hoboken’s only soccer field is condemned, those interested in playing soccer this summer definitely need to know about Boing Sports.

“We are starting our new indoor soccer league at Edge Gym on the corner of Newark and Adams, we are hoping that it will be a great alternative to the Summer outdoor leagues in the heat, to be able to play a smaller 4 vs 4 league in an air conditioned gym. Spring registration is now open. “

Boing Sports League Details:

  • – 4 v 4
  • – No roster size limit (co-ed optional)
  • – Teams to play twice a week (same gameday)
  • – Teams will play up to 18 games for the season
  • – Games to be played on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at Edge Hoboken (Newark & Adams)

Boing sports was very poorly advertised and customer service was poor.. i tried to sign up but there were no pictures of the facility, no one I could call, they didn’t reply my emails, I even went by the location on top of the car wash on observer hw and no one opened the door, they also wanted to me to send money via paypal which is ridiculous so one must have had a paypal account to sign up… well there went my hopes to try to play some ball in town.

Miss the Sinatra field so much!

Sounds like a good idea, but such a shame our sporting options are so limited in Hoboken. Foosball will become the only choice at this rate.
