Spring is in the air! ZYLO offers a taste of the season with its inspired spring menu, launching today, and flavorful ZYLO-cellos, house-made after-dinner liqueurs, now available. Additionally, ZYLO announces the opening of its outdoor patio on May 1.

Re-discover Chef Roberto Bellissimo’s authentic Italian dinner menu, with fresh spring features including: Scallop Crudo, diver scallops, mango, tomato, red onion, cilantro, olio verde; Heirloom Tomato Salad, watermelon, ricotta salata, black olive oil, pickled rind; Artichoke Salad, bibb lettuce, endive, candied walnuts, artichoke agrodolce; Milanese Risotto, asparagus, saffron, spinach, parmigiano; Wild Green Tortellini, swiss chard, kale, tomato marmellata; Tuna Steak, fava bean puree, tomato, cucumber, red wine vinaigrette; and Lamb Chops Scottadita, lemon mint glazed, roasted spring vegetables.

End your next meal on a sweet note with a refreshing ZYLO-cello, a nod to the classic Italian limoncello. Crafted in-house through a 30 day process, these after-dinner liqueurs infuse fresh fruit, grain vodka and cane sugar. Choose from a variety of scrumptious seasonal flavors: Blueberry, Fig, Lemon, Orange and Raspberry.
