Video Flashback: Howard Stern talks about Hoboken Parade
Here’s another Hoboken411 video flashback that was removed from Vimeo. Howard Stern talking about our once fun “St. Patrick’s Parade.”
Howard chats about Hoboken St. Patrick’s Parade & Drunks
“It’s like a convention of retards” – Howard Stern
As you read in the Hoboken St. Patrick’s Police Blotter, Hoboken411 (and our annual parade) was mentioned on the Howard Stern show a couple days this week.
See below for a few minutes from each show (3/8 and 3/9).
Howard rattles off many of the incidents reported on the 411 blotters (some with the “police scanner” effect). They also interviewed a bunch of the inebriated idiots who came to town. Pretty funny stuff! If I knew he’d be reading – I would have put more thought into the descriptions!
(NSFW, profanity, vulgarity).
Enjoy Hoboken’s 15 minutes of notoriety!
From 2011:
And from 2012:
Howard did not get ‘pay for play’ for his comments…one positive note is that our city council is not ‘a convention for retards’ although, sometimes they act without thinking things out. 🙄
I hope the guy who hates “the homos” was unknowingly partying at “The Cage” that day! Scumbag.
congrats. heard this on the radio live. FYI it was hoboken. A friend saw Benji strolling around with the mike not nyc.
“It’s like a convention of retards”.
Indeed. Or just plain brain-dead people who will never get it.
Not sure if that Audio of the drunks is from Hoboken, or a previous St Patty’s Day in NYC. I think it is the NYC event.

It’s like EVERYONE ELSE realizes how absurd the Hoboken St. Patty’s Day events are — except some of those in Hoboken who insist it stay as-is.
Actually, Robin says “So this goes on in every community?” It’s not unique to Hoboken.
Next year he should send Artie out to the parade.
It’s like EVERYONE ELSE realizes how absurd the Hoboken St. Patty’s Day events are — except some of those in Hoboken who insist it stay as-is.
