Hoboken Garden Club travels to Tarrytown!

Hoboken Garden Club Trip to Stone Barns in Tarrytown, New York

The Hoboken Garden Club is sponsoring a day trip this Sunday, May 16th, to Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture.

This is a beautiful place that promotes organic agriculture, once part of one of the Rockefeller Estates.

Car pooling meeting at the Clinton St. A&P Supermarket at 8:30am. If you are interested in going, email Joan at abeldesign2000@yahoo.com, or phone her at 201-610-0143. Membership not required.

Uh, we went to Stone Barns but without the Garden Club. Left Hoboken at around noon. Had a blast.

This sounds like a pretty interesting club, but I’d never be able to make an 8:30am meeting on a weekend. All the same, I’m glad to know about Stone Barns and plan to visit!!
