Readerpix: Paranoid Parker

2/2/2010:

Hoboken411 reader Brian sent in these pictures of either a stunt or a crazy paranoid and obsessive parker! Jeez! It’s only an Audi A4!

Hoboken411 reader gallery the day – 2/2/2010

“Found this car parked at the Ship Yards Little Man Parking garage on the 4th floor (a non-reserved parking floor) wrapped with orange cones. Is this person paranoid or what?”

[Stay tuned for the next Readerpix entry! – Note: one reader’s photo(s) will be featured from time to time. Unless your photo is time-sensitive – it will be published in the order it was received! Additional note: Your pictures will have a better chance of being published if they’re in “landscape” mode, as opposed to the taller “portrait” modes… ]

LOL! That’s pretty funny. Somebody’s gotta be playing a joke on that guy. Is it me or are all the parking spaces really small in the garages built in the last dozen years? It’s like they thought we would all be driving Smart cars and Minis in future. It’s probably because there is a minimum requirement for the number of parking spaces in these buildings and to squeeze in more apartments they make the parking spaces smaller. Just a guess.

They are tight, but not unmanageable if people would be courteous. Space is at a premium. The problem is that people tend to park in a way to make the spot next to them less attractive. Donkey pits.

Methinks there is chicanery, or at least tom foolery, afoot.

“Those could have been kids”

“They were COOOOOOONES!”

That’s exactly what the Astro van was used for hauling (and hauling ass!).
