About The Elysian Charter School

Elysian Charter School K-8, was founded in 1997; it was one of the first charter schools in the state of New Jersey. We began as a K-2 school and added a grade each year. Our goal is to educate and inspire children to become curious, lifelong learners who are academically prepared to be successful in whatever future endeavor they choose. We hope that children will develop an appreciation for the arts and culture, the diversity of people of the world, and will come to understand the importance of community. Elysian students learn through participation and exploration. “At Elysian, we have found the balance between academic rigor, and a warm, friendly, and relaxed environment in which children can learn and thrive. We hope that we instill in children good strong values and a desire to learn that will help them become outstanding and contributing members of their local and global community.” – Carol Stock, Elysian Director

they can spread cheer and lower the drink prices by a few bucks, that would be nice. The $16 martini is a bit steep
