Another attempted burglary in progress

at 653 First st. apartment 1B, a short hispanic male was spotted trying to remove an air conditioner to gain access to the apartment. He has short hair, blue t-shirt with a # on the back and blue jeans. He’s now on the run towards Harrison or Jersey City.
