Dallas and Houston- Adopted!
Jeff, from Cornerstone Pets – enthusiastically wants to inform area residents that the two cats they were boarding have been adopted!
“Dallas and Houston have a great new home in Hoboken, thanks to the power of 411. We always wait for just the right parents to come along. Turns out, they were on vacation but someone forwarded them the 411 article and they fell instantly in love. After a complete investigation, background check, application, contract, home inspection and retinal scan (OK, not the retinal scan but the rest is true), the boys are living the high life and immediately took over their new abode. Thanks, again, 411 for the great service you provide to pets in need!”
Jeff, Cornerstone Pets
One of my favorite “services” Hoboken411 provides to the community, is connecting adorable pets with loving new homes. And today’s request may just be the cutest pair of kitties ever!
Off the streets – and into your home?
Meagan, from Cornerstone Pets (105 Ninth Street) tells the story:
“Dallas and Houston are our “Texas twins.” They are actually from Jersey City but have personalities the size of Texas! Dallas and Houston were found wandering the streets as tiny kittens and brought to Liberty Humane Society.
When the shelter was flooded with kittens this summer, Cornerstone Pets offered to foster these guys to free up space. The boys are 5 months old, have been neutered, and have all their shots. Very dog-friendly (as Oscar can attest to) and they love to cuddle. These are some of the sweetest kittens you’ll ever meet. They must be adopted together.
Anyone who is interested can come visit them at Cornerstone Pets or email Meagan: firstname.lastname@example.org for information.”
[411 Note: I love these cats – they are totally unafraid of dogs – and chill out at the store like they own the place!]
