willow — click on the link on the left for “Town Government” and you will see a hoboken411 article on the last City Council meeting, which has details on the situation you are asking about.

Quick question… does anyone remember the cookie vendor at the festival yesterday? I know it’s ____ wife’s cookies, but I can’t remember the guys name. I want to find a website for them to see if they ship.

Did anyone get approached by a man trying to get people to sign a petition. It was to build senior housing on 8th and clinton in the vacant lot for sale. He was saying that the city is trying to build a firehouse there. I told him I live close by and dont want either. Has anyone else heard anything?
