Inspiration for African Americans with Don Braden

An enlightening lecture discussing the definition and soul of jazz and how it can be inspirational everyone, but especially African Americans. An introduction to some of the masters in jazz history will follow. Don Braden
and accompanist will perform some classic jazz songs to demonstrate the sound, rhythm, melody, harmony, and nuance that represent the “sound” of Jazz.

Don has played with jazz greats Betty Carter, Wynton Marsalis, Tony Williams, Freddie Hubbard, Roy Haynes, and many others!
