Former Mile Square resident helps Hoboken Fire Department
Former Mile Square resident helps Hoboken Fire Department with goodies from Clemente Bakery of Hackensack
by Guiseppe Murolo
A day of giving is what I thought today should be.
After a recent fundraiser, I have raised money, which thanks to all my fellow friends who donated to this good deed, to purchase trays of food for some fellow firefighters.
My name is Giuseppe Murolo and I was born and raised in Hoboken, NJ. I no longer live there but I have very close friends and family still in Hoboken.
I have a very close buddy of mine who is the Captain of the Hoboken Fire Department on 8th and Clinton Streets, so I decided to work with Clemente Bakery in Hackensack, NJ to purchase some trays of food and I have delivered the food to the fire department.
It was such a beautiful moment to see the smiles of my friends at the department of the kindness and gratitude that has been done. They were very much appreciative.
I just want to say thank you to all my friends, my wife, and my family who donated and helped.
Thank you so much to Clemente Bakery in Hackensack, NJ for cooking and providing this delicious food that the firefighters had very positive comments about.
We have to remember that where we are all, WE ARE ONE!!
