Good to see an update come quickly on this one!

2/2/2010 Update:

Had no other choice?

Welp, the Choice Properties location at 100 Bloomfield Street is empty and for rent.

No idea what happened to “Hoboken’s only rental specialists,” and their website doesn’t indicate any changes, new location or partnership.

I’m trying to remember what used to be in that storefront before Choice Properties. Anybody know?

I’m not surprised. He was arrogant, obnoxious, and had a horrible business sense. Acted as if he was doing me a HUGE favor by even responding to an email on an apartment.

Remember about a month ago 411 pictured the Caufiled realty site as empty——–are you getting the drift here??

there is an undercurrent —waaaay toooo many realtors is a great place to start ———then go to economy stinks and who wants to pay Hoboken rents——–and the commisssions?? –and so on—the pie only cuts so many ways—figure it out —it is related to why Barnes and Noble is going—–Hoboken has to smarten up in many ways——-Trouble is City Hall is looking to where can we put more parking meters?? and lets stop the St Pats parade!! Someday they will see that everyone has left the room

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the arrogant bald guy there a few years ago. Very pushy and was visibly pissed when I didn’t take the first crappy place he showed me. He kept on with the attitude so much that I decided not to rent a place solely because knew he’d get a fee. Glad they went under and I hope he starves.
