Homogenized Personas – What could possibly go wrong?

Homogenized Personas – What could possibly go wrong?

A very interesting trend I’m finding fascinating as of late. It is the profound insurgence of “homogenized personas.” (I just coined that phrase without any internet research – any similarities are pure coincidence). What could possibly go wrong if everyone thinks the same? Hmm.

Thousands, if not millions of people are having their personalities and typical responses to “comments” online. Of course, shaped by the millions of MEMES they’ve visually absorbed over the years scanning retarded social media timelines. It has become ingrained in their collective brains! “Groupthink!”

One quick example is that retarded balloon fiasco that happened in Myanmar after a hot-air balloon packed with fireworks exploded, crashing to the ground where hundreds of revelers were gathered.

Countless responses to a “tweet” all sounded the same – with the same sort-of-sarcastic phrase “what could possibly go wrong?”

We’re not sure if there was ever an original “Meme” that likely caused tons of people to utter the same (tired) response over and over, but apparently, it’s a non-politically offensive form of sarcasm that seems to have limitless usage online in 2018/2019.

Same goes for Darwin references, the whole “Just.Wow” comment, “Boy, that escalated quickly,” and of course the obligatory “thoughts and prayers” nonsense. The same shit day in and day out – proof that human beings are PROGRAMMABLE beyond a shadow of a doubt (another common phrase that is easily recognized).

Hopefully, like some other countries are attempting – sarcasm is never abolished as “hate speech,” but we wouldn’t be surprised.

Watching everyone have the same phrases in their vernacular is profoundly scary. They’re like ROBOTS mindlessly navigating planet earth! The phone is your enemy. Absolutely distance yourself as soon as you can!
