Launching earlier this summer, Del Frisco’s Grille Hoboken is releasing a revitalized brunch and cocktail menu for guests to enjoy.
The weekend-only brunch menu features 10 new, chef-driven dishes such as decadent Nonna’s Pan Cinnamon Rolls topped in a bourbon-espresso caramel sauce, delicate Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, energizing Greens & Grains Bowl full of farmer’s market veggies, decadent Smoked Salmon Tower with house-made ‘Everything’ caper cream cheese, Short Rib Hash drizzled with rich bordelaise and béarnaise sauces, and kick-in-the-pants Eggs in Purgatory made with roasted tomato red pepper sauce and cage-free eggs.
In addition to the brunch menu, an entirely new cocktail program is being rolled out featuring spiced Bloody Mary made with house horseradish-infused vodka, refreshing Watermelon Frozé blended with Jean-luc Colombo Rosé, irresistible Crack Coffee spiced with chai and cinnamon whip and a floral Spanish Gin & Tonic served with a juniper berry-infused ice cube, just to name a few.
