How to make the Bacon Cheeseburger Bake

Here is what you need. (i.e., your fucking ingredient list – go buy this shit now).

  • About a pound of beef. More if you love red meat. 80% lean – NOTHING MORE. That low-fat ground beef is UTTER GARBAGE!
  • An onion if you have one lying around. Doesn’t matter if it’s red or white.
  • About three eggs.
  • Some whole milk or cream.
  • A handful of shitty American cheese.
  • Another half a pound of better cheese, maybe mozzarella or similar.
  • BACON. Already cooked is great. Maybe six or seven strips. Make some if you don’t have it on standby. A good backup is that “pre-cooked” shit.
  • Improvise: You can use pickles. Jalapenos. Or anything else to “customize” your version. Just do not ever use CARBS like bread or tortillas.

So easy, a MONKEY can do the Bacon Cheeseburger Bake!

Step 1: Cook up the beef. Add in your diced onion after the meat is like 80% done. Throw in a handful of shitty processed cheese until it’s melted. Set aside.

Step 2: In a bowl, crack three eggs, and throw in some salt, pepper and perhaps a handful of parmesan. Mix. Add a splash of heavy cream or similar dairy product.

Step 3: Place the beef mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.

Step 4: Pour the egg mixture on top.

Step 5: Break cooked bacon strips into pieces – usually fifths. Spread evenly around.

Step 6: Add whatever else (we used slices jalapenos), but exercise your freedom. The original recipe called for pickles. Then add about 8oz. of good cheese. We used mozz/prov mix.

That’s it. 350 degrees for however long you want. 20 minutes is good – longer if you like crispy or insurance that the bad bacteria is dead.

DELICIOUS beyond belief. And satiating WAY beyond belief.

Ketchup is optional – but might make some peeps happy.

We will make this weekly. So good and satisfying, and stays well in the fridge for at least five days.

Boom badda bing!
