Free Parking Pass?

Another free parking pass in Hoboken

You ever notice that Edible Arrangements truck across the street from City Hall downtown?

Almost every time we pass by, it appears to be parked illegally.

And being so close to the “officials” in town – you’d think that it wouldn’t last long before it became cost-prohibitive. But it hasn’t. No tickets, no problems. Like a free parking pass for them.

Of course, that might lead you to suspect that perhaps someone is getting tasty (edible) arrangements in exchange for this racket?

I find it amazing how talk of safety and all that jazz can often be blindly overlooked for others. Which is why parking “enforcement” in Hoboken will forever be a complete sham.

Free edible arrangements? You think?!
All you have to do to confirm that HPU is getting free stuff is go to Washington between 6th and 7th. There are 6-8 cars double parked ALL DAY outside of Benny Tudinos. You would think that if cops knew a certain corner had a lot of drug dealing, they would go there and bust people. But this block is known as a clusterf*%k of Benny drivers and customers EVERY DAY yet no one gets tickets. I wonder how those free slices for HPU employees taste. Must be good.

Didn’t the same happen with Luca Brasi’s on 1st? Some kind of bribery?
