HPU doesn’t even rest during blizzards in Hoboken

You’d think that with our recent epic blizzard, that people in town would have enough problems. But no, the Hoboken Parking Utility (HPU) had to be on the job then too. Filling city coffers gets no days off!

They must get really turned on writing tickets, placing boots and towing cars. Look how steamy the windows got!

Another day in Hoboken, right?

Yes, remember last year when the City threw its hands up and did NO clearing? Then in the midst of the uproar Giattino introduced an ordinance to ticket car $250 for not moving when they were snowed under.
