What business is for sale?

Guess which business is for sale. Can you figure it out?

I recently came across this business “listing” for a bar / restaurant that is for sale. Not sure if it’s in Hoboken or Jersey City (I’m thinking the latter – but could be wrong).

They purposely are vague about the actual business – but give enough “clues” for someone to figure it out.

So, which business is this?

Ooooooh! I know it, I know it!

Razza on Grove St. in Jersey City. The owner has another highly acclaimed place, Arturo’s. Surprised to hear this! Razza is consistently ranked highly and is in a great location. I wish them luck in finding a good buyer.

$3500 rent? Not in Hoboken.
