| Hartshorn Portraiture is a producer of fine art portraiture with outstanding customer service. We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to work 9am – 2pm, 5 days a week, in our Hoboken, NJ studio. Perfect position for a mom looking to rejoin the work force. Summary: Sales Associate will work with the management and team to increase sales by contacting current and prospective clients from our data base via phone and e mail. Associate is expected to meet and exceed sales targets. Essential Duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to: With knowledge of the entire line of Hartshorn Portraiture products. Advise and assist potential customers with their choice of products. Capture client information and actively expand our client base, adding information to further promote relationships. Regularly contact clients regarding new products, events and follow up. Sales Associate should develop a working knowledge of our production process, enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and demonstrate an energetic and positive attitude Being Self driven and an ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management is important. Previous work experience should include boutique or luxury product sales in a high end environment Selling Skills: A positive professional attitude and presentation. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Computer Skills: Mac OS and internet applications. Will be trained in customized CRM. |
