Poor student is absent-minded

“Two days ago on the 12th, I lost a green messenger bag with a Canon Rebel XT and two Canon lenses inside. I either misplaced it at Pier A Park or at the PATH station nearby. I’m a poor art student who cannot afford to replace the lost items, please help.”

I told him to check with the Hoboken Police to see if they had it (he filed a report).

In my opinion, if you can’t remember whether you misplaced your camera at the park or on the PATH, then perhaps it wasn’t that important? That equipment is pretty costly! Was he drunk?

“I found a LG bluetooth headset at the corner of 11th and Garden in the middle of the street. Not sure if it works but I didnt want it to get run over. Pic of what it looks like is attached.”

Motorola SkyTel “Talk/About”

First, a lost Motorola Skytel “Talk/About” found on a bench at Sinatra Park (had a phone number on the back).

Set of Keys

Next, at Elysian Park dog run. On one of the benches (specify which one), a set of keys with a “tag/keychain.” Say how many keys, and what the key-tag said on it.

Hope the owners find what they mis-placed!

Wandering cat

“For the last few weeks a very friendly female tabby cat has been living on our back porch, and on 3 of my neighbors’ porches. We think she once belonged to someone - she’s VERY friendly, clean, and looks well-fed. After a week, my neighbors started feeding her because she was crying. We’re all worried that she wandered off from someone’s house and someone’s looking for her. My camera is busted so I couldn’t take her picture, but she looks almost exactly like my cat so I’ve attached a picture of him. I live in the vicinity on 7th and Clinton.

If we can’t find the owners, my neighbor might take her in. But we want to be sure she doesn’t belong to anyone first!”

Don’t get any ideas… is this your wallet?

“I’m not sure if you can help, but I found a small, brown men’s wallet on the cobblestone Rd near 11th and Grand. It has an ID with a Hoboken address. I tried to drop by the apartment, but no one answered the door. If there’s a way to post this please do.”

“Last night, about 10 PM, my husband and I found a kitty. He was on Hudson, between Maxwell and Shipyard, against the construction fence.
Description: Male, not neutered; De-clawed; Gray w/ Black Strips, White and gray nose; Age? Guessing he is under a year. Injured right paw.”

Graycat- lost!

“Our friend, Graycat (yes that is his name), is missing! He is obviously gray with some white and his front paws are declawed. We think he escaped from our house on 10th Street between Garden and Park last night, Tuesday. He is an indoor cat and never gets further than our front steps, so we hope he is hiding somewhere nearby. Would you please post this in the Lost and Found section of the site?
