Hoboken photo remains of the week: March 21, 2015

Hoboken Photo Leftovers March 21 2015

In the Hoboken Photo Leftovers gallery below:

  • Photo 1: Winter (literally) clung on as the first day of spring brought snowy conditions to the Mile Square.
  • Photos 2-6: Road work crippled the city for the umpteenth week in a row. Businesses are feeling the impact.
  • Photos 7: Poor Cat Designs followed the blueprint for improper market research in Hoboken. For rent (again).

Bet you can’t last the whole day without turning your TV on.

Hoboken Photo Leftovers March 14 2015

In the Hoboken Photo Leftovers gallery below:

  • Photo 1: Another snow cleanup fail – The city of Hoboken destroyed brick pavers over at Stevens Park. Other administrations did not do this.
  • Photos 2-3: Look out below! Bricks fell off the building Cafe Michelina is in. Shit falling apart in the city.
  • Photos 4-8: More economy plundering road work keeping customers away from local businesses. The problem will never be solved with the shoddy roads. Ever. Have you driven around?

What will you do with your free time today?

Hoboken photo remains of the week: March 7, 2015

Hoboken Photo Leftovers March 7 2015

In the Hoboken Photo Leftovers gallery below:

  • Photos 1-3: In Hoboken, “celebrating” St. Patrick’s Day only means wearing green and imbibing alcohol. That is all.
  • Photo 4: Twitter Updates: Boat issues, shitty plowing, unnecessary “road closures…”
  • Photos 5-7: More wintry scenes for the “record books.”
  • Photo 8: That new “Mathnasium” place. Sucks that school alone is not enough. And there are 1000′s of “apps” to help kids learn too. Oh, wait – now I understand.

Stay calm today!

Hoboken Photo Leftovers February 21 2015

In the Hoboken Photo Leftovers gallery below:

  • Photo 1: Another gorgeous shot of any icy Hudson River with NYC as a back drop. Why? Because it is rare, that’s why.
  • Photo 2: Progress over at Willow14 uptown. Would I park underground in Hoboken? Nope.
  • Photo 3: Know any out-of-work hair stylists? Bangz Salon is hiring.
  • Photo 4: Maybe those pothole killers aren’t so bad after all. But they basically replace “thumps” with “humps.”
  • Photo 5: PSE&G in the process of “elevating” power substations. That, until some other problem knocks out power in Hoboken.
  • Photo 6: Single digits will only get you laid if you have heat, and she does not. Haha!

About a month left of winter!

Hoboken Photo Leftovers February 14 2015

In the Hoboken Photo Leftovers gallery below:

  • Photos 1-4: PSE&G work all over town (probably 18 more months of this). Prediction? Roads will always be a danger to your precious internal organs.
  • Photo 5: Suck me sideways. M&P Biancamano’s takes one of their much-deserved vacations exactly when I was craving their eggplant parm. Back on the 16th.
  • Photo 6: That wacky Hoboken Wine House is now technically “open.” Guess they can’t afford to be closed, despite the half-assed interior. And what’s with the missing ltrs?
  • Photo 7: The “progress” over at 15th & Washington is not very obvious – but it’s the most important part of a building: The foundation. (Same is true for relationships, too).

It’s Saturday. How romantic!
