Just bought a Specialized there 2 months ago, which I use quite a bit. I had a very good experience with them and their service. They are friendly and knowledgable and every time I come in they are cool and treat me as a valued customer. I can't vouch for their prices (I'm not much of a comparison bargain hunter)but this particular purchase seemed reasonable to me and in fact the guy steered me away from another more expensive bike that I had my eye on. I had to bring the bike back a couple of times for various things (small) and they jumped right on it with a great attitude and speed. One area they seem to need work is with their bike accessories. I've bought a couple of items there that they didn't seem to have a great knowledge of so I had to learn by experience and have been a little disappointed in. Thats a shame because I'd keep coming in for the accessories.
