Circus Minimus

“Old St. Nick isn’t the only man coming to town this holiday season, meet Kevin O’Keefe and his enthralling, whimsical celebration of wizardry and imagination in “The One Man Circus in a Suitcase,” a spectacular family show presented by Mile Square Theatre. From Mr. O’Keefe’s suitcase an entire circus emerges: tent, band, lights, the boisterous ringmaster Steve Fitzpatrick, the officious Mervin Merkle, the incredible Bumbilini Family, the Magician to the Stars Clyde Zerbini, and Keefer—an innocent trying to runaway and join the circus.

However, the most important performers emerge from the audience as Mr. O’Keefe will have everyone who is a kid at heart (from 2 to 92) engage in a light-hearted collaboration with the characters, evoking the joyfulness of the season. In one magical hour, he and his cast of incredible characters weave a marvelous story that has been performed over 500 times around the world to rave reviews.

“Our audiences thoroughly enjoyed the lunacy of CIRCUS MINIMUS. Mr. O’Keefe’s gallery of wacky circus characters and antics made this fast-paced show a great deal of fun for both kids and adults.”
