Hoboken Fitness in the Park 2013

Hoboken Fitness in the Park 2013Need a way to shed those senseless layers of flab you accumulated over the weekend? How about free exercise classes each Monday at Pier A Park? That’s what we call Hoboken Fitness in the Park!

Each week there will be an introductory class sponsored by a different local fitness establishment from 7pm to 8pm. Anyone can join the class. Almost. Understand that if you’re clearly medically unfit to exert yourself, they’ll probably won’t allow you to participate. Too much of a liability, you know? Why take the risk and ruin the good vibe with ambulances and defibrillators?

Be sure to dress appropriately and bring proper hydration.

CKO kicks off the Hoboken Fitness in the Park season

The sweating begins this coming Monday, June 10th with a fitness session courteous of CKO Kickboxing. Kickboxing is a full-body, action-centered, cardio workout on real heavy bags – all designed to burn calories and relieve stress. In case of rain, class will be held at their gym at 900 Madison St.
